Mr. Rao is a seasoned management professional with 40 years of experience in Retail, Operations, Project Management, and Business Development. With an MBA in Sales & Marketing and a post-graduate degree in Personnel Management, he began his career as a Management Trainee at Bata India Ltd, eventually advancing to Operations Manager. His expertise took him to the Middle East, where he held senior roles—including Retail Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, COO, Vice President, and Country Head—with renowned corporate groups such as Al Shaya Group, Landmark Group, GMG Group, and Othaim Group.

Mr. Rao has led retail management for international brands like Bata, Ecco, Clarks, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and Mothercare, among others. He spent 12 years with Landmark Group, managing large-scale shopping centers such as Baby Shop, Splash, and Home Centre, overseeing over 100 retail projects ranging from 5,000 to 40,000 square meters across the Gulf. His extensive travels include the U.S., Europe, and Asia for business fairs and conferences. Now part of the MORFO team, Mr. Rao aims to contribute his expertise to achieving new heights for the company.
